Users confirm that the submitted account ID belongs to them or that they are authorized to recharge that account.
Users allow Lalocoin to complete the requested top-up using promotional, reseller, regional, operational, or supported recharge methods available at the time of processing.
Prices on Lalocoin may be lower or different from third-party platform prices due to promotional campaigns, reseller operations, regional pricing advantages, bulk sourcing, limited-time offers, or marketing promotions.
Pricing, discounts, bonuses, cashback, rewards, and promotional benefits may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice.
Most orders are processed quickly, but delivery times may vary depending on provider availability, payment review, maintenance, promotional demand, operational limitations, technical issues, or third-party service delays.
Lalocoin provides digital top-up assistance on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee instant, uninterrupted, or error-free service at all times.
Users are responsible for entering and confirming the correct account ID, profile, package, amount, and order details before making payment.
A recharge successfully processed to the submitted account ID may be considered delivered and completed.
Lalocoin is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user-submitted information.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other supported payment systems.
Users must ensure that payments are made using authorized payment methods only.
Unpaid, expired, abandoned, cancelled, or incomplete payment attempts may be automatically cancelled or cleared by the system.
Lalocoin wallet balance, refunds, cashback, bonuses, promotional credits, and referral rewards are platform service credits usable only for eligible services within Lalocoin.
Wallet credits are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, not a bank deposit, not real-world currency, and have no direct cash value outside the platform.
Lalocoin may reverse, adjust, expire, remove, or limit credits obtained through fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, payment reversals, technical issues, or policy violations.
Eligible failed, cancelled, duplicate, unresolved, or pending orders may be refunded to the user’s Lalocoin wallet balance after review.
Completed digital top-ups are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered.
Refunds are normally issued as Lalocoin wallet credits and can be used for future eligible top-ups on the platform.
Certain refund requests may require manual verification before wallet credit is issued.
Users should review active, pending, processing, and recently completed orders before placing additional recharge requests.
Lalocoin is not responsible for duplicate orders placed intentionally or accidentally by the user if the orders are successfully processed.
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent disputes, unauthorized payment reversals, or chargebacks after successful delivery of digital services or wallet credits.
If a payment dispute is initiated after delivery or wallet credit issuance, Lalocoin may temporarily suspend the related account, wallet balance, rewards, referrals, or services during investigation.
Fraudulent chargebacks or dispute abuse may result in permanent account restriction and reversal of credits, bonuses, or rewards.
Lalocoin may automatically or manually review transactions, payment activity, wallet activity, referral usage, recharge behavior, support requests, login activity, and unusual platform activity.
Suspicious activity, automated behavior, payment anomalies, duplicate claims, referral misuse, promotional abuse, or refund misuse may result in order delay, cancellation, wallet adjustment, temporary restriction, or permanent suspension.
Referral rewards and promotional offers are intended for genuine users only.
Fake referrals, self-referrals, multiple account abuse, artificial activity, repeated refund misuse, or promotion manipulation may result in reward removal, wallet adjustment, or account restriction.
Lalocoin may restrict, suspend, or permanently block accounts for policy violations, suspicious activity, fraud indicators, payment disputes, abuse, security risks, or operational concerns.
Restricted users may be unable to place orders, use wallet credits, access rewards, or receive support until review is completed.
Lalocoin may delay, pause, review, limit, cancel, or refuse transactions during maintenance, provider instability, technical issues, payment review, fraud investigation, high traffic, or system upgrades.
Certain services, packages, recharge methods, promotions, or offers may become unavailable without prior notice.
Lalocoin may rely on third-party payment providers, recharge partners, hosting providers, operational tools, and external platform availability.
Delays, failures, outages, restrictions, or platform-side issues may occur outside Lalocoin’s direct control.
Users may be required to provide additional information, confirmation, screenshots, payment details, order details, or verification during payment review, refund review, fraud investigation, or support resolution.
Failure to cooperate may delay or limit support, refund, or order resolution.
User actions, confirmations, IP addresses, timestamps, login activity, transaction activity, wallet actions, support activity, and error events may be logged for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and operational purposes.
Services, promotional pricing, wallet credits, referral rewards, and platform benefits are intended for normal personal use only.
Unauthorized resale, commercial abuse, automated purchasing, or abnormal purchasing activity may be restricted or reviewed.
Lalocoin shall not be responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, payment provider outages, provider delays, user mistakes, incorrect account information, technical interruptions, or operational issues outside reasonable control.
